You might think that because you’re leaving a role to take up a new one elsewhere what happens after you leave doesn’t matter.

I can tell you I don’t think like that.

I think I’ll have done good work and I would want my efforts to go to waste.

I also don’t want my current colleagues to start bad-mouthing me when I’ve left the building.
