Nice post David. I looked at this in my post — https://medium.com/@rjd203/should-you-say-no-as-a-product-manager-b5b094f434e1 — where I talked about how there is a fine line when saying no, as you don’t want to stop people talking to you about what they want if they think you’ll just say no. There’s a skill in saying no without it sounding like a no :-)
