Hi Joe. Nice article, and I’m with you on Inbox Zero and the majority of the time on To Do Zero. My biggest challenge is that I have a team who will want my time and I don’t want a full calendar to scare them off approaching me, and I have a leadership team who call upon me at a moments notice, so balancing these is always a challenge. But we can but try!
